Our Exchange & Returns Policy

  •  You can return your products with your free of charge and a postage label will be provided if your item is faulty or an incorrect item has being received 

  • We will happily replace or refund you, providing it is returned with the tags on and still in re-sellable condition (unworn)

  • Refunds and Exchanges are available for 14 days for in-store purchases and 30 days for online

  • Once your return has being received by us, you will receive confirmation and your new products shall be sent out or refund provided

  • We can only refund back on to the card the item’s was originally purchased with

  • All personalised products can not be returned due to us agreeing prices and products before proceeding with an order
