Delivery and Exchange/Return Policy


  • You should receive your order within a 1-to-7 day period

  •  If we have a query or would like to offer our advice on your order placed then we will contact you promptly after receiving your order

  • You will receive confirmation once placing your order and again once your items has being sent

  • Your order will be sent via; Royal Mail, Yodel, Parcel Force or My Hermes within 1-3 working days once received by the courier

  • Please note in the busy seasons – Orders may take slightly longer but we aim to always provide our normal service

  • If you have any questions on a delivery, you are more than welcome to send us an email or phone in to us

Our Delivery charges start at £4.99inc VAT.

Click & Collect is also free of charge on all orders

You will receive an email, accompanied with a phone call to inform you of your order being ready to collect.

Exchanges and Returns:

  •  To return an order please get in touch via email or telephone and we will talk you through our simple return process.

  • We will happily replace or refund you, providing it is returned with the tags on and still in re-sellable condition (unworn)

  • Refunds and Exchanges are available for 14 days in-store and 30 days online, abiding with the governments legislations

  • Once your return has being received by us, you will receive confirmation and your new products shall be sent out or refund provided

  • We can only refund back on to the card the item’s was originally purchased with

  • All personalised products can not be returned due to us agreeing prices and products before proceeding with an order
