Where is your store based?

Our store is open to customers for purchases and to pick up their Click & Collect order, at: 13 Church Street, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B61 8DD.

When are you open?

We are open Monday to Friday, 09:30 – 17:00 and Saturday 09:30 – 16:00.

Do you offer a Click & Collect service?

Yes we offer a fully operational for same day pick on Click & Collect orders placed through our website, stock dependant.

Can we try on before we buy our products?

Yes you can come in-store and try on all product’s before you purchase, and if you have placed an order through Click & Collect you can in turn try on the products in-store before leaving and make any alterations in one stop.

Can I place an order over the phone or via email?

Unfortunately we are unable to take take payments over the phone or over the phone, however, we are able to offer our full assistance in ordering and helping with placing your order through your website or we can put a product or product’s to one side for you to collect and pay on arrival.

How do I know what sizes to order?

The majority of our junior products come in aged sizes, however, in the case of a product being provided in inches”,  a size guideline provided by our suppliers are as follows:

Sweats, Knitwear, Polo-Shirts, T-Shirts, Hoodies, Jackets:
22″ – Age 2 | 24″ – Age 3/4 | 26″ – Age 5/6 | 28″ – Age 7/8 | 30″ – Age 9/10 | 32″ – Age 11/12 | 34″ – Age 13 | 36″ – Small | 38″ – Medium | 40″ – Large | 42″ – X-Large |     44″ – XX-Large | 46″ – XXX-Large

Trousers, Skirts, Shorts, Tracksuit Bottoms, Skorts, Leggings:
These products work on waist sizing therefore with everyone being different sizes, there is no actual guideline to go by on these product when out of the aged sizes due to being made to fit.

How long does is take to receive my items?

Click & Collect items are usually available for same day pick up, however in the circumstance where we have to order in your product, then is usually 1-5 working days to receive your products and from there are 1-3 day delivery service to yourselves from one our courier’s – stock dependant with our supplier(s).

My order is incorrect / What do I do?

Receiving a faulty, incorrect item or missing item(s) – Please contact us straight away via telephone or email and either send your products in to us or come in store and we will gladly exchange any faulty item provided by us.

What do I do if my order does not go through?

If your payment does not go through on our website, please do not hesitate and contact us on 01527 757439 and we will gladly assist you in this and arrange alternative payment or delivery.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once resolving any issue and refund is processed, it will be sent to you straight and will hit your bank from 1-7 days depending on whom you bank with.

Do you provide, free returns labels?

With all orders we send out to customers, will be provided with free return label for any issue with your order.
