With our flexible options, you have full control over the details and composition of your packs, including single-image or multi-image options, as well as the choice of single reprints or additional gift items like keyrings and mugs.
We understand that schools may have specific requests for pack combinations, and our system makes it easy for you to organize and accommodate those special requirements. Whether it’s providing the same image across different sized prints or allowing parents to combine different images within one pack, we give you the flexibility to meet the demands of your school or nursery.
For your convenience, we offer a self-fulfil option for order processing. This allows you to handle the printing in-house, reducing costs, and only outsourcing specific products if needed. Additionally, we provide downloadable images directly from our server, automating the process and minimizing the hassle of managing multiple orders. Parents can access the downloads through a link in the order confirmation email.
When it comes to pricing, you have complete control. You can set different price lists per school, enabling you to offer schools different levels of commission. Furthermore, you have the freedom to create separate class, group, and sports galleries with unique sets of products and pricing, distinct from your portrait work.
We offer various delivery options to suit your preferences and the needs of the school. You can choose to provide free delivery back to the school, charge for postage and packaging to send orders directly to parents, or offer it as a late-order option. If the school prefers not to distribute orders, you can agree to charge for postage and packaging for all orders or incorporate delivery costs into the selling price of each item, allowing you to offer low or free postage and packaging while still covering your expenses.
